Ricardo has more than 25 years of global business experience, enrolling and creating teams of leaders from different professions to collaborate into successful community events. He has also invested his time in turning failing businesses into thriving establishments. As a certified success coach, speaker and trainer he has found that mentoring the youth is a passion of his, spending the better part of the last decade dedicated to teaching them self-discovery, personal and spiritual growth, and emotional intelligence.
